How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Our orders are swiftly processed. If it's been within 2 hours of placing the order, we can accommodate a shipping address change. If it's been longer than 2 hours, we recommend canceling the order and creating a new one.
How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped.
Can I exchange a product or get store credit?
The quickest way to swap a product is to return it and place a new order for the item you want.
Prefer store credit? No problem — we can send you a discount code equal to your refund amount so you can shop anytime.
Do you refund shipping costs?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes — we can ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses. Just select the appropriate option at checkout.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Most of our products are formulated to be gentle, but everyone’s skin is unique. We recommend doing a patch test before using any new skincare item, especially if you have sensitivities.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! We are proudly 100% cruelty-free — no animal testing, ever
Are your products vegan?
Many of our products are vegan. Check the product description for the vegan icon or ingredient list to be sure.
Do your products contain parabens, sulfates, or phthalates?
Nope! We keep our formulas free from parabens, sulfates, and phthalates so you can feel good about what’s going on your skin.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in the US, following strict quality standards.
How long will my product last once opened?
Shelf life varies by product, but generally our skincare lasts 6–12 months after opening. Look for the small open-jar icon on your packaging — it’ll have a number that tells you how many months it’s good for once opened.
How should I store my products?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For certain products (like vitamin C serums), refrigeration can help maintain freshness.
Can I use your products if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Many of our products are pregnancy-safe, but we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before introducing new skincare during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Do you offer product samples?
At this time, we don’t offer samples, but we do have a 30-day return policy so you can shop with confidence.
What skin types are your products for?
Our collection includes options for all skin types — dry, oily, combination, sensitive, and normal. Check the “Skin Type” section in each product description for recommendations.
Are your products dermatologist-tested?
While our products are not specifically labeled as “dermatologist-tested,” they are produced by Supliful, who ensures every item complies with all applicable regulations.
